“ When we arrived we were seated very quick by the hostess, the waiters arrived and ordered our drinks, they offered sweet bread, and I ordered cafe de la olla and sliced fruit, very delicious. They took my order which was a chorizo omelette, that comes with a side of black beans, and sliced potatoes, I placed a side order of molletes as well. This is my second time coming to this restaurant for breakfast and I recommend this restaurant because they are very attentive and the food is delicious. ”
“ The service was excellent, and the authentic Mexican wine was excellent. The food was good, authentic Mexican food. The place is decorated beautifully. The Hacienda theme, the art, the fountain in the middle, and the ceiling in the bar are stunning(excellent brickwork). This restaurant has a great, upscale, authentic Mexican experience in Tijuana downtown. ”
“ I haven't been here in a while but I always have a nice experience with the service, menu, and prices. This was no different as the menu is varied, portions are big, and the flavors are delicious. Tried the Cazuela con rajas poblanas, the chilaquiles were perfectly done served with refried beans. The crepe cake was a bit too sweet for my taste but it was freshly made. You get a small pastry, and a small plate with fruit during breakfast. A nice addition was the live mariachi playing traditional Mexican songs. It's been a while but it didn't disappoint at all. This is well worth the visit. ”
“ Great place and great food! The female worker that greets you in the front could be more friendly however the waiter was great. ”
“ Delicious food. Good service. Reliable place. Ordered a couple of appetizers for sharing including Lengua en pipian, torilla soup (a little spicy), corn soup and chicken main entry. ”
“ Went to the 2024 Chile en Nogada season at La Diferencia and as expected, it was just delicious. You even get your own Certificate of authenticity. If you want to try an entree before the main course, I suggest the Grass hopper Sopes. You will not be disappointed. ”
“ Excellent place for traditional authentic mexican plates. Highly recommend the machaca sonora, so delicious! The service is excellent, good prices. ”
“ We ended up by pure chance and honestly can say it was a divine find. The first time we ate there we were there for breakfast and we tried a couple of versions of their chilaquiles and it was some sort of love at first bite. The we brought the family for lunch and everyone was extremely happy with the food. We had Enchiladas Suizas, Sopes de Tuetano and quesadillas de champinones and rajas. My daughter told me she missed the enchiladas a couple of days later so I guess there's another trip to Tijuana in the near future. ”
